What we collect
Only what you send us through the form: name, email, phone (optional), brand name, website or Instagram account, industry, estimated budget and your message.
Why we use it
To reply, schedule the call and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract.
Who we share it with
We use providers that help us operate: Cal.com for scheduling, Web3Forms for sending the form by email and Cloudflare for hosting. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months from our last contact if we don’t start working together. For clients, for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent by writing to hello@scalemediaplus.com. You can also file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
